1 lb ground chuck
1 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 small can tomato paste 2 eggs
1 medium yellow onion coarsely chopped
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp parsley
1/4 cup hickory bbq sauce
2 strips bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except bbq sauce and bacon in a glass bowl. Place in glass baking dish. pat into a mound shape and cover the top with the bbq sauce and bacon. Cover with aluminum foil and Bake in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Make sure the internal temperature is at least 165 degrees.
