Sauces For Fondue Recipe

Curry Sauce:
Mix together- Mayonnaise and Curry Powder

Green Goddess Sauce:
Mix together- 8 oz. softened onion & chive
cream cheese, 1/2 c. sour
cream, dill seasoning, garlic

Tarragon Mushroom Glaze:
Saute- 1 carton sliced mushrooms, 1 T. butter,
garlic, seasoned salt, tarragon, and a
few drops of soy sauce &
worchestershire sauce.
Mix together- 1/2 c. water, 1-2 T. cornstarch,
and 3 T. Sherry cooking wine
Add to the mushrooms, stir until thickened.

Great on beef!
