4 or 5 medium potatoes, cubed
1 T of Butter
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 C chopped Celery
2 T chopped Onion
1 can of clear chicken broth
1 pint of whole milk or half & half
Pinch of parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown celery, onion, garlic in butter until soft and golden in color.
Heat chicken broth add celery, onion and garlic and potatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add 1pint of milk or half & half to the vegetables, salt and pepper to taste along with the parsley. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
