1 cup white cornmeal
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until mixture becomes a thick mush. Cool. Separate 4 eggs. Beat yolks until fluffy and whites until they hold a stiff peak. Add yolks to cooled meal mixture and mix well. Fold in egg whites. Pour into ungreased, 2 quart baking dish and place in shallow pan of water. Bake 350 for about one hour.
