Ingredients:  
5 cups sliced, peeled apples, pears etc.
2-4 tbs. sugar
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg, ginger or cinnamon
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place fruit in 2 quart baking dish
stir in sugar
for topping, in a medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour and spices.
cut in butter until mixture is coarse crumbs
sprinkle topping over filling
bake at 375 for 3-35 minutes, or until golden
