1 cup sugar
cup butter
2 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. soda
2 cups plain flour
tsp. salt
nuts, raisins, dates-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, butter, eggs, bananas, sour cream. Sift soda, flour and salt together. Add nuts. Stir into banana mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour until done.
