1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 large onion, chopped
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 stick margarine, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 package frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except Jiffy mix. Add Jiffy Mix last. Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Bake 15 to 25 minutes at 400.
