1 lb. crab meat
French bread
3 tbsp. lemon juice
dash red pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Swiss cheese slices
½ tbsp. garlic salt
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crab meat, lemon juice, sour cream, red pepper, mayonnaise, and garlic salt. Spread butter onto French bread. Put bread under broiler just 1-2 minutes to begin toasting (keeps bread from getting soft). Spread mixture onto bread. Place slices of Swiss cheese on top. Bake at 325º for 20-25 minutes.
