4 or 5 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk

Filling:
3 c. shredded pumpkin
24 tsp. sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix like pie crust. Roll out about like pie crust. Cut into 3" or 4" squares. Place shredded pumpkin (about 1/8 c.) in center of square. Sprinkle pumpkin with 1 tsp. sugar and sprinkle of cinnamon. Brush edges with water and fold edges together starting with opposite corners. Corners will form a peak. Place on greased baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350º F for 15 minutes.
