1 head lettuce
3 or 4 carrots
2 celery
2 c. mayonnaise/miracle whip
1 pkg. peas
3 tbsp. sugar
3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, fried crisp or pkg. real bacon bits.

Directions:
Directions:
Break lettuce into bite size pieces and put on bottom of 9x13 in. pan. Chop carrots and put on top of lettuce. Chop celery and put on top of carrots. Cook and cool peas, and place on top of celery. Mix mayonnaise and sugar. Spread over the top of the peas. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits.
