3 Cups of cubed peeled potatoes
1 Cup of chopped onion
3 pound port roast
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup water
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes and onion in bottom of slow cooker. Place pork on top of potatoes and onlon. Spread garlic all over pork.
Mix together in bowl water, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over pork.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
