1.5 pound ground beef
1 Jar of VH medium garlic rib sauce
1 sleeve of soda crackers
dash of worcestershire sauce
sprinkle of garlic powder (optional)
a few squirts of soya sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Crush soda crackers with rolling pin, mix together crackers, beef, garlic powder, worcestershire, soya sauce till well blended. Form into meatballs place in a fry pan and pour the VH sauce over the meat balls bring to a medium boil and let the meatballs cook in the sauce, turn the meatballs half way through the cooking time. The sauce will thicken.
