8 oz medium noodles cooked according to package
2 cans of tuna, drained
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
Several handfuls of potato chips crunched up by hand

Directions:
Directions:
Put tuna and soup and 2-3 handfuls of broken-up chips in casserole and mix with spoon. Add cooked and drained noodles and mix. Top with crumbled chips.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Tuna casserole was a favorite at the E.W. and Fernie household. It was the only time we got chips! My family loves this old recipe too. (Linda, Rick and I probably dreamed up the exotic name because we thought such a good dish deserved it.) A true comfort food dish.
