1 ½ lbs. lean, raw hamburger
1 package frozen peas

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1/3 package dry onion soup mix

1 bag frozen Tater Tots

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble the hamburger into a greased 9 x 13” pan.

Sprinkle the frozen peas over the meat.

Mix the soup, evaporated milk, and onion soup mix, and pour over the top.

Over the top, lay as many frozen Tater Tots as you can fit on the pan (nearly one whole package).

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.

I think Grandma Fern got this from a church supper she had to help with. Kids like the taters on top. You might want to add a little salt and pepper and serve with ketchup as the dish is somewhat bland (maybe the reason kids love it).
