"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Crumble the hamburger into a greased 9 x 13 pan.

Sprinkle the frozen peas over the meat.

Mix the soup, evaporated milk, and onion soup mix, and pour over the top.

Over the top, lay as many frozen Tater Tots as you can fit on the pan (nearly one whole package).

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I think Grandma Fern got this from a church supper she had to help with. Kids like the taters on top. You might want to add a little salt and pepper and serve with ketchup as the dish is somewhat bland (maybe the reason kids love it).
