Ingredients:
Any size flank steak. An average steak can feed 4, as you cut the slices very thin.

Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce (bottle)

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate steak in Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce. Put steak in a small baking pan and put enough marinade in to cover the bottom and then pour sauce on top of steak. Marinate 2 hrs. or up to 24 hrs. You can let it sit on the counter for up to 2 hrs. Refrigerate if you marinate longer. Broil or barbeque for about 10 minutes per side. Cut into middle of steak to check for desired doneness. Slice thinly, with knife slanted. Throw out used marinade. Use what's left in the bottle for extra sauce at the table if desired.

Personal Notes:
This recipe is from my dear mother-in-law, Amanda Anderson. She's still a great cook and she and Leonard always have done a great job of entertaining. This is simple so it's one of my favorites!
