Ingredients:  
1-2 large ripe Avocados, cut in chunks
1 Vidalia onion or red onion, sliced
2-4 tbsp olive oil
2-4 tbsp white vinegar
Kosher salt to taste
1/2 lime

Directions:
Directions:
Combine avocado and onions in large bowl. Mix olive oil and vinegar and gently toss with avocado and onions.while seasoning with kosher salt. Squeeze lime over avocado and toss one more time. Refrigerate until serve.
