4 large potatoes cut/ sliced 1/4 in.
1 cup green shallots
1 sick of margerine
1teaspoon salt
2tsps.tony cacerie seasoning
1/2 lb smoked sausage cut/sliced

Directions:
Directions:
melt butter in sauce pan
add salt,shallots, & seasoning
stir until blended well
add potatoes
stir occasionally
cover
cook on low for 20 minutes
stir and serve when potatoes are tender
add sausage
stir frequently to avoid sticking
cook on low for 20 more minutes
