Artichoke Squares Recipe

2 6oz. jars marinated artichokes
1 onion finely chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
4 eggs
1/4 C fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 C grated sharp cheddar
1 T minced parsley

Drain marinade from 1 jar of artichokes into skillet; drain 2nd jar of artichokes and chop all artichokes. Add onion and garlic to skillet and saute until limp, about 5 minutes.
Beat eggs in bowl; add crumbs, salt and pepper, oregano and hot pepper sauce. Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion mixture. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes or 'til set. Cut into squares to serve.
