Ingredients:
Butter
3 tablespoons white flour
2 cups whole or lowfat milk
Salt and pepper (and garlic salt if you like it)

Directions:
Directions:
Make this in the frying pan you browned the chicken in.
1) Estimate how much fat is left in the pan. Adjust to be sure you have 3 tablespoons, adding butter if necessary. Heat the fat.
2) Blend in flour and cook, stirring, until the flour is a golden brown.
3) Add milk gradually, stirring to be sure all the brown bits are loosened. Add any juices left in the roasting pan too.
4) Cook until the gravy boils gently and becomes thick.
5) Add salt and pepper (and garlic salt if you like it) to taste.
