2 lbs hamburger, 1 cup onion, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1-8 oz. can tomato sauce, 1-6 oz, can tomato
paste, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp chili powder (optional), 1 bag tortilla chips, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in 2 Tblsp margarine
Add hamburger and brown (drain).
Mix other ingredients with hamburger.
Crunch up chips in bag.
Put half of crunched chips in bottom of 9 X 13 pan.
Add hamburger mixture.
Put cheese on top of hamburger mixture.
Top with 2nd half of crunched chips.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes @ 375º.
