2 T. ketchup
2 cloves garlic - chopped fine
1 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 lb. boneless chicken thighs or breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients thoroughly and salt and pepper to taste.
Combine sauce with chicken and bake at 350º for 1/2 hour covered and then another 1/2 hour uncovered or until chicken is done.
