1 sugar-free angel food cake (available in supermarket bakery sections)
2 1/4 cups cold water
3/4 cup fat-free sweetened condensed--NOT evaporated--milk (or regular if you can't find fat-free)
3 small packages instant fat-free, sugar-free Jello vanilla pudding
2 8-oz containers of fat-free or sugar-free Cool Whip
Four cups of fresh berries--raspberries and blueberries or blackberries: mix them up!

Cut angel food cake into 1" cubes, and layer half of it in a 9 x 13" pan.

Mix together in a medium-sized bowl the cold water and sweetened condensed milk.

Whisk in the Jello vanilla pudding until smooth.

Fold in an 8-oz container of Cool Whip. Layer half of the pudding mixture on top of the cake layer in the pan.

Sprinkle over the pudding mixture about two cups of fresh berries.

Repeat the layers, ending with berries.

7) Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve with more Cool Whip on top.

This is a good Fourth of July dessert. It's good enough to serve company any time. I got the recipe from Weight Watchers. It makes 12 servings, 2 WW pts/serving.
