4 – 5 cups cooked chicken off the bone (I bake a couple whole chickens and use the meat you can also use chicken breasts.)
2 cans crème soup – what ever your family likes
½ large onion, chopped and sautéed in olive oil
2 large cloves of garlic, chopped and sautéed in olive oil
1 med package frozen peas
½ stick butter
2 boxes croutons – whatever flavor your family likes

Directions:

Melt butter and toss with croutons. If the croutons are really dry add a little olive oil or chicken stock. Should be moist but not soggy.
Mix cooked chicken, onions, garlic, peas, soup, and +1 can of water or chicken stock. Mix together and spread in bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan. Top with croutons and cover with foil. Bake at 350º for one hour.
