1 ½ #’s hamburger, browned and drained
½ large onion, chopped
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
1 med package frozen green beans
2 cans crème of mushroom soup
+1 ½ cans of water
1 large package tater tots
Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and garlic in olive oil over med heat. Add browned hamburger, green beans, soup and water. Mix well. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Spread in the bottom of 9 X 13 cake pan. Top with tater tots and cover with foil. Bake 350º for one hour. If you like tots crispy, remove foil for the last 15 minutes. Kevin likes his with Louisiana hot sauce.
