4 C scalded milk (180 degrees in microwave – about 12 min.)
1 1/3 C sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 C salad oil
2 cakes (pkgs) yeast
4 eggs
12 – 13 C flour

Caramel:
Whipping Cream-Brown Sugar-Cinnamon

Sweet Buns:
Mix together then let set for 15 -20 minutes. Knead down and let raise for one hr. Make into rolls and let raise until double.

Sweet buns – Bake 20 min @ 325º

Caramel Rolls – Sprinkle brown sugar in bottom of pan. Pour enough cream to make thick syrup. Spread butter over rectangular-shaped rolled out dough and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll dough into log and cut and arrange in pan. Bake 25 min @ 350º.

Flip over when taken out of oven. Can let cool and then individually wrap in saran wrap and freeze.
