For approximately 1 ½ lbs of meat

3 Tbsp honey
¼ C apple juice
2 Tbsp white vinegar (tarragon)
¼ C peanut butter
1/8 C green onions
(1/4 C = tsp powdered onion)
1/8 C water
1 tsp chilis
1 Tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp garlic cloves
1/8 tsp red pepper (cayenne)
Generous dash of ground cumin

Directions:
Mix marinade ingredients together. Cut meat into thin strips and place on skewers. Place meat in marinade and allow to soak overnight. Grill.
