Melt 1 Cup butter in the microwave.

Mix together 1 ½ C Sugar with ½ C cocoa and add it to the butter.

Add 1 Cup Whipping Cream and a dash of salt.

Mix with a Whisk.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in 1 min intervals on high in the microwave. Whisk, then repeat 3 or 4 times whisking each minute until it is hot.

When done add 2 Teas. Vanilla

Very good for Hot Fudge Brownie Delights. (in a bowl put one square of unfrosted brownie, ice cream on top, and then hot fudge.
