Ingredients:
2 12 oz packages fresh cranberries
2 Oranges plus a little rind
2 Apples
1 to 1 ½ C Gran. Sugar

Directions:
Put cranberries, sectioned oranges, and peeled/cored apples through a food processor a little bit at a time. Mix with sugar.

It is a tart, refreshing, healthy salad. (Tanner and Alice love it.) I like it in a separate little bowl as I don’t like that red cranberry juice running into my food. (Yeah, Yeah, I know it all goes to the same place when you eat it.)
