1 1/2 c. apple - diced
1 1/2 c. celery - thinly sliced
1 banana - sliced
1 c. pineapple tidbits
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. walnuts or pecans - coarsely chopped
1 T. pineapple juice
2 T. candied ginger
1/2 c. mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together apples, pineapple, banana, celery, nuts and marshmallows.
In separate bowl mix pineapple juice and mayo. Pour over salad ingredients and toss lightly. Serve in a large bowl lined with salad greens or in a hollowed half fresh pineapple.
