1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 can chicken broth
1 cup broken spaghetti noodles, uncooked
1 chicken bouillion cube
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1 cup matchstick carrots
1 cup red bell pepper strips
1 medium onion, cut in pieces
1 fresh lemon or 2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Stir-fry chicken in heated skillet (sprayed with cooking spray) for four minutes or until no longer pink. Add water to broth to equal 2 cups, and pour over chicken. Bring to a boil. Add broken noodles and bouillion cube, return to a boil and reduce heat. Add broccoli and carrots. Simmer until noodles are tender and most of liquid is absorbed. Add red pepper and onions and heat through. Drizzle with the juice of a fresh lemon and serve.
