8-10 Breasts of Chicken (Halves) - Skinned
Flour, Salt, Pepper
Oil

1 cup Dry Sherry (Roma or Gallo)
4 TBSP Dark Brown Sugar
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
4 tsp. Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Shake chicken in bags w/ flour, salt and pepper.

Brown in oil.

Place chicken in baking dish.

Drain all but 1 or 2 tablespoons oil from pan. Add other ingredients. Simmer 1 minute.

Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 375º F oven for 45 minutes, turning chicken several times.
