1 lb bulk venison sausage
6 slices bread cubed
4 oz mushrooms
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9" x 12" baking pan with PAM. Put cubes bread into pan. Crumble and brown the sausage, drain off grease if necessary. Layer on top on the bread. Saute mushroom in the same pan and layer on top of the sausage. Beat together the eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Pour into the pan. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking top with a cup of grated cheese of your choice. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

If you don't like mushrooms, leave them out or substitute them with saute onions.
