1 Average Potato finely shredded
1/2 C water
1 T. Salt
3 Eggs
2 to 3 C Flour enough to make a good sticky dough
1 Large can of saurkraut
1 1/2 Stick Butter
1 T. Caraway seed
2 tsp. Dry onion
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dumplings - Combine first five ingredients until a thick past consistency. Drop off plate by small spoonfulls into boiling water. After it comes to boil, let boil 5 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse in warm water.

In frying Pan - Fry all together brown, but do not over fry, about 1 hour, very low heat.
