1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix-prepared
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 bag Caramels
1 12 oz. bag Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Pour 1/2 cake mix into sprayed 9X13 pan, bake for 15 minutes. Stir together in saucepan the butter, milk & caramels until caramels are melted. Pour this over the baked cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel, then pour remaining cake batter over all and bake additional 20-25 minutes.
