4 - boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Vegelene pan spray
Ken’s Extra Hvy Mayonnaise
Durkee Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
Jar of Smuckers Orange Preserves w/ Splenda

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350°
Spray baking dish with Vegelene
Brush raw chicken with mayonnaise,
Sprinkle with rotisserie chicken seasoning
Cover with orange preserves
Bake in for 30 – 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°
Let stand for 10 minutes and serve
