1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Butter
4 egg yokes Beaten
1 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Icing-
4 egg whites
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Grated Coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together ingredients in given order. pour into a 9X9 square cake pan and set a side. Icing- Beat egg whites till stiff slowly adding sugar and coconut. Before putting cake in the oven spread with icing.
Bake @ 350 º
Till golden brown
