1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
12 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Cream butter,sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Blend in chocolate and oil. Stir in flour.
Bake in greased 9x13 pan in 325 oven for 30-35 mins.
