Layered Lettuce Salad (John's favorite) Recipe

John Lelwica


1 head lettuce
1 cauliflower (flowered pieces broken up)
1 cup chopped celery
1 10 oz. frozen peas
1/2 cup green pepper (diced)
1 sweet onion (diced)
1 pound bacon
2 cups Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Crazy Jane's Salad Seasoning
2 tablespoons sugar
4 oz cheddar cheese
1 cup of grated Parmesan

1. Tear up head of lettuce into small pieces.
2. Place in 9x12 glass dish
3. Layer ingredients in order on top of each other.
4. Add sugar to mayonnaise and seasoning
5. Spread out mayonnaise,seasoning, sugar ,combination over the top like a frosting.
6. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
7. Cover and refrigerate about 4-5 hours before serving.
