1 1/3 cup warm milk
1/3 cup + a little more sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 eggs
7 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients and heat until bubbly. Let cool to luke warm,
2. Measure warm water into large mixing bowl and dissolve yeast.
3. Add milk mixture to yeast mixture; stir in eggs.
4. Add 4 cups of flour. Stir until smooth. Add rest of flour. Dough will be sticky
5. Put dough on floured board; knead. Placed kneaded dough in large greased bowl. cover and let rise 1 1/2 hour (keep in warm place)
6. Punch down dough and turn over. Recover and let rise another 30 minutes or until doubles.
7. Divide dough into 3 pieces. Roll and cut dough with cookie cutter. Place 1" apart and let rise 50 minutes. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350º
