1 egg, well beaten
2 Tsp sugar
pinch salt
1 cup cold milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
cracked ice

Directions:
Directions:
With mixer or in blender; beat the egg, sugar and salt. Then add the milk and vanilla. Add cracked ice. Makes two servings.

Back when we were kids we used raw eggs. Now it might be safer to use pasteurized.
