1 pound of ground beef or chicken
1 can of corn (drained)
1 1/2 Cups salsa
1 1/2 Cups cooked rice
4 bell peppers
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut in half and clean out peppers. Cook meat and then add all ingredients except cheese. Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 450º. Then sprinkle with cheese and let melt.
