3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 stick butter flavor Crisco
1 1/4 cup light brown sugar
3 T milk
1 T vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Combine Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla and beat at medium speed until blended. Add egg and peanut butter. Combine flour, salt and baking soda - then add to creamed mixture and blend. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly in criss-cross pattern with fork. Bake 7-9 minutes.
