1 green pepper
3 medium white onions
4 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Process pepper in a food processor until pureed. Peel and chop onions and garlic cloves. Add to green pepper in processor. Add vinegar and puree. Store covered in refrigerator up to 2-3 weeks.
