3 cups Shredded unpeeled Zucchini,
3/4 shredded cheese,
3 tsp parsley,
1 egg,
1 tsp salt,
dash pepper,
1 tsp garlic powder (optional),
1 3/4 cup Bisquick
Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Heat oil in large skillet to very hot.
Drop spoons full of mixture into hot oil.
Brown on both sides.
Serve as a side dish.
