Meat Loaf

2 pounds hamburger (very lean)
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cracker crumbs
sage (small amount)
salt (small amount---grandpa will add more anyway)
pepper (small amount)
1/2 cup chopped onion

Sauce for Top

3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Put in cake pan or other type of pan (even a corning pan)
3. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatloaf
4. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
5. Cool a few minutes before cutting
