Ingredients:  
mix: 2cups sugar, 4 eggs
add: 3 small jars of baby carrot food
1 c. oil (canola or vegetable)
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
mix & add to above mixture
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon

bake in 13x9 pan @ 350 degree for 50 min.

Icing
beat: 8ox. room temp. cream cheese
1 cube butter room temp.
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
