2 lb ground venison
1 lb ground pork
1/4 c water
1/4 c. red wine
1 Tbs salt
1 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs fennel seed
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp minced garlic

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Form into patties and fry slowly.
