1/4 cup oil
1 egg beaten
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp mace

Directions:
Directions:
Start with oil and add beaten egg, brown sugar and buttermilk. Add flours, baking powder, soda, and spices.

Top with 1 tsp cinnamon mixed with 1/4 cup sugar.

Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake at 350 until done.
