16 ox. cream cheese
onion to taste - minced
cilantro to taste - minced
Jalapeņos to taste - de-seeded and minced
Cheddar cheese to tasted - grated

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy with tortilla chips.

Another version of the recipe is known as Chicken Sh*t. Use whipped cream cheese for an easier mixing experience and substitute grated Velveeta cheese for cheddar cheese. Also season with Fiesta brand fajita seasoning. Adding 1 more can of chicken will thicken and make a great grilled sandwich or panini.
