1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T soy sauce
2 T dijon mustard
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 lbs. pork tenderloin

Add everything to a gallon size Ziploc bag.Marinate 2 hrs. or preferably overnight. Grill as desired while basting with leftover marinade.
